Publishing Profiles allow you to save combinations of social media channels as reusable profiles. For example, if you manage multiple brands, you can create a "Brand A Profile" that includes all Brand A's channels across Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc. Then publish to all those channels with a single click. SocialAutoUpload makes multi-brand management effortless.

Yes! SocialAutoUpload integrates with OpenAI, Google Gemini, and DeepSeek to provide:

You can configure your OpenAI, Gemini, or DeepSeek API key in Settings to use these features.

Yes! You can schedule posts for future publishing. The scheduler runs automatically and publishes posts at the specified times. It includes retry mechanisms for failed posts.

Instagram requires a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. Steps:

1. Convert your Instagram to Business/Creator account
2. Link it to a Facebook Page
3. Connect Facebook Page in SocialAutoUpload
4. Instagram will appear automatically

Check the following:

• Ensure you are signed in and your account is active
• Refresh the page and try again
• Verify database connection
• Contact our support team if the issue persists

This indicates a server-side error. Common causes:

• Database connection issues
• Missing environment variables
• Permission errors
• Backend crash or misconfiguration
