Plans & credits: what publishing costs
1. The one rule that explains everything
1 credit = one successful publish to one connected account. Count the accounts a post actually lands on — that's your credit cost. Telegram is an account like any other, so it costs a credit too.
- A post published to all five — Facebook + Instagram + YouTube + TikTok + Telegram — costs 5 credits (one per account).
- A post to just Facebook + Instagram costs 2 credits; a post to Telegram alone costs 1 credit.
- Failures are free. Credits are charged only when a platform confirms success. Retrying the failed half of a partial post never re-charges the half that already succeeded.
- Channels that are skipped (for example, a text-only post can't go to YouTube) cost nothing.
- AI never costs credits. Caption, hashtag and title generation are free on every plan — they run on your own AI key (Lesson 10).
2. The plans

Live numbers are always at /pricing (the page reads them from the same source the app enforces). Annual billing (pay for 10 months, get 12) and credit top-up packs are also available — arranged over chat.
3. The three meters, in plain words
- Credits — spent on successful publishes, as above. This is the meter you'll watch most.
- Upload allowance (data transfer) — counts the bytes that arrive on our servers: direct uploads, Import-from-URL downloads, and the media your Telegram bot downloads to publish for you. It's measured once, when the file arrives — not each time it's published. So one 100 MB video that goes to all five platforms still counts as just 100 MB.
- Daily posts — a fair-use cap on how many posts can publish per day. Only posts that actually publish (or are mid-publish) count; drafts and fully-failed attempts don't.
Monthly meters reset on the 1st of every month; the daily counter resets at midnight UTC (early morning in Myanmar/Asia time zones). Nothing rolls over.
4. Reading your usage panel
Open the Dashboard — the usage panel is built in (a compact copy also lives in Settings → Account → Plan & Usage). You'll see:
- Credits left of your monthly limit, with a progress bar and a 30-day usage chart.
- Data transfer used, same style.
- Usage resets in N days — the exact reset date.
- Average daily usage — handy for predicting whether this month's allowance will last.
The bars speak in color: normal → amber at 80% → red at 100%. At 80% an amber banner appears — You're approaching your monthly limit · credits X% · uploads Y%. — and at 100% a red one: You've reached your monthly credit limit. Both include the reset date and contact links, so you're never blocked without warning.
5. What actually happens at a limit
| Limit reached | What you'll see | What happens to your content |
|---|---|---|
| Credits | Publishing to N channel(s) needs N credit(s), but you have R left this month… Deselect some channels, or upgrade / contact admin. | Nothing is lost. Publish to fewer channels, save as draft, or upgrade. ⏱ Scheduled posts are not failed — they move themselves to the 1st of next month and publish then. |
| Upload allowance | You have uploaded X MB of your Y MB monthly limit. Resets on the 1st, or contact admin. | New uploads/imports pause until reset; everything already uploaded still publishes. |
| Daily posts | You have published N posts today. Your daily limit is L. Try again tomorrow or contact admin. | ⏱ Scheduled posts shift to tomorrow automatically. |
| Publishing profiles (Free: 1) | Your free plan allows 1 publishing profile. Upgrade to create more. | Your existing profile keeps working — upgrade when you need to organize channels into more profiles. |
6. Upgrading (and topping up)
- Compare plans at /pricing, or tap Upgrade right on the usage panel.
- Message us — Telegram @paingthucom (fastest) or WhatsApp +66 91 333 7003 — with the plan you want and your account email.
- Your plan is switched on personally, usually within a few hours. As the pricing page says: "No card details are ever asked for over chat before you confirm the plan."
Fine print: if a plan is arranged for a fixed term and lapses, the account returns to Free automatically — your data and channels stay untouched.
Expected result
You can glance at your Dashboard and answer three questions instantly: how many publishes do I have left, how much upload room, and when does it reset?
Common mistakes
- Fanning every post to all channels out of habit — each account costs a credit; pick channels that fit the content (Lesson 7's smart-skip helps).
- Forgetting URL imports count as upload allowance — a 300 MB video import uses 300 MB, same as uploading it.
- Panicking when a scheduled post "disappears" from today — check the Scheduler; at a limit it defers itself rather than failing.
- Waiting until 100% to think about upgrading — the amber 80% banner is your early warning.
📱 Mobile note: the usage panel lives on the Dashboard on mobile too; scroll down past the stat cards.
