Publish from Telegram

Level: Intermediate Time: ~10 min Prerequisites: Lesson 5 (bot connected) Audience: Telegram-first users
Purpose
This is the payoff for connecting your bot: publish to all your platforms without opening the web app — just send content to your bot in Telegram. This lesson covers what to send, the handful of commands, bot-side scheduling, and two things worth knowing (the group warning and how credits count here).

The basics — just send it

Send a message to your bot in the connected chat, and it publishes to your linked profile's channels automatically. No commands needed:

You send…You get…
TextA text post
Photo + captionA photo post
Video + captionA video post
Album (several photos/videos)An album post

The caption becomes the post text. The bot then replies with the results and links, exactly like publishing on the web. As on the web, incompatible platforms are auto-skipped (a text post won't go to YouTube).

💳 How credits count with the bot
Credits work the same as the web: 1 credit per platform the app publishes to — Telegram included (Lesson 2). Publishing to Facebook + Instagram + YouTube + TikTok + a Telegram channel is 5 credits. The one nuance: the specific Telegram chat you send your content into isn't re-posted by the app (your message is already there), so if that same chat is also a publish target, that one isn't charged.

Commands

CommandDoes
/startStart the bot / welcome
/statusCheck the connection status
/profiles · /profileView your profile list / current profile (profiles are chosen on the website)
/helpShow the full command list
/schedule HH:MMSchedule the next content you send (see below)
/schedule YYYY-MM-DD HH:MMSchedule for a specific date
/unscheduleCancel a pending schedule
/reel (alias /short)Publish the next content as a Reel/Short
/storyPublish as a Story (Facebook: a photo post · Instagram: a 24-hour Story)
/autoBack to automatic content-type detection

After /reel, /story or /schedule, send your content within 5 minutes — the override is cleared on timeout.

⏱ Scheduling from the bot uses Thai time (UTC+7)

Bot schedules are Thai time — not your local time
Send /schedule 18:00, then send your content, and it publishes at 18:00 Thai time (UTC+7). This is different from the web app, which uses your device's local time (Lesson 11). If you're in Myanmar (UTC+6:30), a bot schedule fires 30 minutes off your local clock — plan for it. The bot confirms with the time it will use, labelled "(Thai Time)".

🔒 A warning for groups

In a group, any member's post can publish under your account
Everything the bot publishes goes out under your account, to your channels. In a connected group, that means any member who posts media there can trigger a publish under your account. Only use the bot in a group whose members you trust — otherwise connect it to a channel or your own private chat (Lesson 5).

AI caption rewriting

If your linked profile's Telegram Bot AI Caption Mode is set to Auto and you have an AI key (Lesson 10), the bot rewrites your caption automatically before posting — adding platform-appropriate polish and hashtags. Set it to Off (the default) to post your caption exactly as written. You change this on the website, on the profile.

Expected result

You send a photo with a caption to your bot and, seconds later, it's live on your platforms — with the bot replying to confirm and link each one.

📱 Mobile note: this is the most mobile-native way to use the app — you never leave Telegram. Everything runs on our servers after you hit send.

Read exactly what happened on each channel, understand every status, and rescue a post that only partly went out.
