Publish from Telegram
The basics — just send it
Send a message to your bot in the connected chat, and it publishes to your linked profile's channels automatically. No commands needed:
| You send… | You get… |
|---|---|
| Text | A text post |
| Photo + caption | A photo post |
| Video + caption | A video post |
| Album (several photos/videos) | An album post |
The caption becomes the post text. The bot then replies with the results and links, exactly like publishing on the web. As on the web, incompatible platforms are auto-skipped (a text post won't go to YouTube).
Commands
| Command | Does |
|---|---|
/start | Start the bot / welcome |
/status | Check the connection status |
/profiles · /profile | View your profile list / current profile (profiles are chosen on the website) |
/help | Show the full command list |
/schedule HH:MM | Schedule the next content you send (see below) |
/schedule YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM | Schedule for a specific date |
/unschedule | Cancel a pending schedule |
/reel (alias /short) | Publish the next content as a Reel/Short |
/story | Publish as a Story (Facebook: a photo post · Instagram: a 24-hour Story) |
/auto | Back to automatic content-type detection |
After /reel, /story or /schedule, send your content within 5 minutes — the override is cleared on timeout.
⏱ Scheduling from the bot uses Thai time (UTC+7)
/schedule 18:00, then send your content, and it publishes at 18:00 Thai time (UTC+7). This is different from the web app, which uses your device's local time (Lesson 11). If you're in Myanmar (UTC+6:30), a bot schedule fires 30 minutes off your local clock — plan for it. The bot confirms with the time it will use, labelled "(Thai Time)".🔒 A warning for groups
AI caption rewriting
If your linked profile's Telegram Bot AI Caption Mode is set to Auto and you have an AI key (Lesson 10), the bot rewrites your caption automatically before posting — adding platform-appropriate polish and hashtags. Set it to Off (the default) to post your caption exactly as written. You change this on the website, on the profile.
Expected result
You send a photo with a caption to your bot and, seconds later, it's live on your platforms — with the bot replying to confirm and link each one.
Common mistakes
- Assuming
/scheduleuses your local time — it's Thai time (UTC+7). - Sending content more than 5 minutes after a
/reelor/schedule— the override expires; re-send the command. - Using the bot in an untrusted group — anyone's post can publish under you.
- Expecting to pick a profile in chat — profiles are set on the website; the bot uses the one you linked.
- Sending only to the bot's own chat with no other channels in the profile — there's nowhere else to publish.
Troubleshooting (quick table)
| Bot replies… | Why | Do this |
|---|---|---|
| ℹ️ This bot is not connected yet. | The bot isn't linked (or you're in the wrong chat) | Connect it on the website: Channels → add bot → scan → pick this chat (Lesson 5) |
| ℹ️ This bot is not linked to a Publishing Profile yet. | No profile linked | On the website: Channels → this bot → Publishing Profile |
| ⚠️ Daily post limit reached / ⚠️ Monthly credit limit reached | You're at a plan limit (checked before the file even downloads) | Wait for reset or upgrade (Lesson 2) |
| ❌ No publish destinations in this profile (besides the bot's own chat)… | The profile only contains the bot's own chat | Add other channels to the profile on the website |
| Your resend didn't post | The exact same message is treated as a duplicate | Send fresh content, not the identical message again |
📱 Mobile note: this is the most mobile-native way to use the app — you never leave Telegram. Everything runs on our servers after you hit send.
Read exactly what happened on each channel, understand every status, and rescue a post that only partly went out.
