Troubleshooting: can't sign in, verify or reset
Purpose
Locked out, no verification email, a code that won't take, or a Google-account snag — most sign-in problems have a quick, specific fix. This lesson lists them so you can get back in.
Signing in

Email verification

💡 Two ways to verify — try the code
The email carries both a link and a 6-digit code. If the link won't open (some mobile mail apps mangle it), type the 6-digit code on the verification screen instead (Lesson 1).Password reset
- On the sign-in page choose Forgot password, enter your email.
- You'll always see a neutral confirmation; if the account exists, a reset link arrives — valid for 1 hour.
- Set a new password meeting all five rules (8–100 chars, upper, lower, number, special). This signs you out on other devices — sign in again everywhere.
Google-account quirks
- Can't sign in without Google? If you created the account with Google and want email/password too, sign in with Google once, then open Settings → Account → Security → Set Password (Lesson 1).
- Google login refused with a "not verified" message — verify your email with Google first, then try again.
- Forgot which method you used? Try Google; if that's not it, use email + Forgot password.
A note on rate limits
To protect accounts, the app limits how often you can try sensitive actions — sign-in, register, resend verification, password reset. If you're temporarily rate-limited, the message says so; just wait a few minutes and try again. Nothing is wrong with your account.
When to contact support
Contact us (Telegram @paingthucom / WhatsApp +66 91 333 7003) if: your account shows suspended/banned and you believe it's an error, verification emails never arrive after checking spam and resending, or you're locked out and password reset isn't reaching you.
Common mistakes
- Guessing the password repeatedly and triggering the IP block — use Forgot password instead.
- Not checking the spam folder for the verification/reset email.
- Waiting on a reset link past its 1-hour window — request a fresh one.
- Trying email/password on a Google-only account — sign in with Google, then set a password.
📱 Mobile note: the 6-digit verification code is often easier than the link on a phone.
