Troubleshooting: you've hit a limit
Purpose
A red banner or a blocked action means you've reached a plan limit. Nothing is lost — this lesson helps you read which limit, reassures you that scheduled posts wait rather than fail, and points you to the quickest way to keep going.
Which limit did you hit?
| Message | Limit | Do this now |
|---|---|---|
| Publishing to N channel(s) needs N credit(s), but you have R left this month… | Credits | Deselect some channels, save as a draft, or top up / upgrade |
| You have uploaded X MB of your Y MB monthly limit… | Upload allowance | Wait for the 1st, or upgrade; remember imports count too |
| You have published N posts today. Your daily limit is L… | Daily posts | Try tomorrow, or upgrade for a higher daily limit |
| Your {plan} plan allows N connected account(s)… | Channels | Disconnect one, or upgrade |
| Your {plan} plan allows N publishing profile(s)… | Profiles | Reuse an existing profile, or upgrade |
| Routed to /pricing | A paid-only feature (bulk delete, analytics) | Upgrade to unlock it |
The reassuring part: scheduled posts defer, they don't fail
⏱ A scheduled post at a limit is moved, not lost
If a scheduled post comes due while you're over a limit, it isn't failed — it's deferred: to the 1st of next month for a credit limit, or to tomorrow for the daily limit. Open the Scheduler and you'll see it waiting at its new time. You don't need to do anything (Lessons 2 & 11).Read the banners early
Your Dashboard usage panel warns you at 80% (amber) before it blocks you at 100% (red). The progress bars change colour too. If you act on the amber warning — publish to fewer channels, or arrange more headroom — you never get blocked mid-task.
Getting more headroom
- Free up what you can — publish to fewer channels (credits), delete media you don't need, or reuse a profile.
- Wait for reset — monthly limits reset on the 1st; the daily limit resets each day.
- Top up or upgrade — message us on Telegram @paingthucom / WhatsApp +66 91 333 7003 with your account email; extra credits can be added mid-month, or you can move to a bigger plan (Lesson 17).
Expected result
When you're blocked, you know exactly which limit it is and the fastest response — and you trust that anything scheduled will still go out at reset.
Common mistakes
- Thinking a scheduled post failed at a limit — it deferred; check the Scheduler.
- Ignoring the amber 80% banner and getting blocked mid-task.
- Forgetting URL imports count toward upload allowance.
- Messaging support without your account email.
📱 Mobile note: the usage panel and Upgrade button are on the mobile Dashboard; upgrade links open Telegram/WhatsApp.
